What this site collects, and what it does not.

This notice is written the way we write everything else: what happens, mechanically, and how to check it. It covers cairnintegrity.com. It does not cover the Cairn product, which has its own documentation.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. The hosting provider may retain access logs as described below.

  2. 02

    The contact form

If you use the form on the contact page, the details you enter (name, organisation, role, work email, topic and message) remain in your browser until you choose to prepare an email. Your own mail app opens a draft addressed to hello@cairnintegrity.com. You decide whether to send it. We receive the details only when your email is sent and use them to answer your enquiry.

  3. 03

    Lawful basis and retention

We process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about Cairn. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then delete it, unless a contract with you requires longer.

  4. 04

    Hosting logs

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) for security and capacity. We do not add to those logs and do not use them to identify visitors.

  5. 05

    Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to hello@cairnintegrity.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

    Changes

If this notice changes, the version and effective date above change with it. We do not edit notices in place without saying so.
