Troubleshooting

What to check when a connection, decision or evidence export needs attention.

Draft for the planned pilot release. These pages describe the intended customer experience. Administration and hosted-service features are not yet released; no live product URL or support service is claimed.

The release-specific guide will include exact controls after testing. Use these diagnostic principles during supervised evaluation.

SymptomWhat to establish
Cannot sign inCorrect organisation, accepted invitation, verified identity and account status
Agent disconnectedConnector status, supported version, credential validity and network route
Unexpected denialMatched rule, active policy version, exact arguments and current identity
Approval pendingAssigned approver, expiry and whether another decision has already occurred
Approved but no tool effectTicket redemption, execution state, upstream response and reconciliation status
Export verification failsOriginal bundle, correct verifier/public metadata and first failed check
Different results after a changeProduct, policy, tool schema and model version at each run

Capture an opaque reference ID, approximate time and safe reproduction steps. Do not resolve uncertainty by weakening permissions or retrying a payment-like action.

If control integrity is uncertain, use the tested pause/revoke procedure and the agreed urgent contact. Those release procedures must exist before consequential pilot use is enabled.
