Getting started
Agree a workflow, name your administrators and prepare the pilot journey.
Draft for the planned pilot release. These pages describe the intended customer experience. Administration and hosted-service features are not yet released; no live product URL or support service is claimed.
Your pilot begins with one agreed workflow and a named organisational owner. The onboarding record should state which tools the agent may use, what data it can process, which actions require approval, who can approve them and how to pause the workflow.
The released onboarding journey must let you:
- Accept a named invitation and complete the required sign-in protection.
- Check that you are in the correct organisation.
- Add a second authorised administrator.
- Register the agreed agent connector with a scoped credential.
- Apply and independently activate a starter policy.
- Run synthetic examples of an allowed action, a blocked action and an action held for approval.
- Inspect the results and export a verifiable record.
- Find the support route and learn how to pause the connector.
An engineer must verify this journey against the actual pilot release before it becomes a click-by-click guide. Screenshots and exact controls will be added only when they exist.
If an action is held, approval is a separate decision from execution. Confirm the final execution state in the activity record.
