Frankie has led operations and technology across regulated payments and digital-asset businesses in the UK, EU and Latin America, and before that enterprise product delivery in UK financial services. He builds with agent frameworks daily and designed Cairn to survive contact with an auditor.

Dean has led regulated payments and digital-asset groups across UK, EU and Latin American licences, working with regulators including the FCA and the Bank of Lithuania. He leads Cairn’s commercial and regulatory work.
Cairn is built in Scotland for UK public and regulated sectors. We are preparing managed pilots with an agreed tool boundary, data location and customer administration model.
Customer access, retention and evidence export are defined before a pilot begins. The public website contains illustrative data only.
